Cuda Hard Plastic Seat Backs
Shop hard plastic bucket seat back panels for your Cuda or Barracuda interior. Match the early or late seat style, listed E-body application and intended color before choosing replacement panels.
Bucket seat back panels for a Cuda interior
The rear-facing panel of a bucket seat is a visible part of the passenger compartment, especially when viewed from the back seat. This selection includes black and white early-style panels listed for 1970–1971 Mopar applications and late-style backs with specified 1971–1972 A- and E-body applications.
The early and late listings overlap in 1971, making the installed seat design important. Compare the original panel and seat assembly with product photographs and descriptions before ordering. A shared year does not establish that the two styles are interchangeable.
Check the E-body dates
Some late-style listings also include 1971–1974 B-body applications. Those B-body dates should not be applied to an E-body Cuda. Read the E-body range in the individual description and confirm it matches the seat being restored.
Separate 1970 and 1971 B- and E-body seat-back listings also appear here. Review those descriptions independently, including their configuration and supplied quantity. If the seats were changed in an earlier restoration, identify the installed design rather than relying only on the vehicle year.
Black and white finishing options
Choose the panel color to suit the upholstery and adjacent interior trim. Black and white versions are listed separately for both early and late styles. Compare the photographs and finish information with the interior scheme you intend to build.
An aged original panel may have faded or discolored. If retaining surrounding trim, consider how the new panel will look alongside it. Check whether any finishing work is permitted or required in the product instructions before planning it.
Review mounting and package contents
Inspect the seat-back mounting points and retain reusable hardware until the replacements have been compared. Check the package description to establish how many panels and which installation pieces are supplied; the category name does not define the contents of every listing.
Coordinate the backs with Cuda seat upholstery and other Cuda seat restoration parts. A back panel is separate from the foam, cover and structural seat components.
