Cuda Buttons/Switches/Levers
Shop Cuda switches, buttons, levers and control cables for dashboard and interior restoration. Compare the listed model years and equipment before choosing a replacement for your Barracuda or Cuda.
Cuda dashboard switches and controls
Small controls can make a large difference to the appearance and operation of a restored dashboard. This category brings together headlight switches, chrome buttons, reset knobs and several cable-operated controls. Choose the component that matches the equipment installed in your car; the Cuda name alone does not identify every dash configuration.
Start with the control you are replacing and inspect its mounting, connections and surrounding trim. A replacement switch, decorative button and control cable serve different purposes. Check the individual listing for included pieces rather than assuming it supplies a complete assembly.
Match switches to model year and equipment
The range includes a 1970–1974 E-body headlight switch assembly and separate road-lamp switch listings for 1970 and 1971 Cuda applications. Keep those year distinctions in mind when comparing your existing switch. A car with added or changed lighting equipment may need further checking against the installed wiring.
Rallye dash reset knobs also have separate 1970–1971 and 1972–1974 listings. For convertible projects, review the 1970–1971 E-body convertible-top switch application independently of the regular dashboard controls.
Buttons, handles and lock components
Chrome radio buttons and E-body air-conditioning buttons suit different controls and should be selected from their own product descriptions. Compare the shape and attachment of the original button before ordering. The parking-brake release handle listing covers specified B-body and E-body years, so check the E-body dates carefully.
An ignition and door-lock set is also listed here. Review its application and contents together if your project involves both the ignition and door locks. Do not treat a lock set as a substitute for an electrical ignition switch without checking the actual component supplied.
Choose the correct cable route
Vent, hood-release and Shaker cable listings address different jobs. Under-dash and under-hood Shaker cables are separate components; one listing specifically includes a grommet. Identify the damaged section and compare the ends, route and listed contents.
For the floor-mounted dimmer switch, check the individual application and connector before purchase. Photograph existing connections before disassembly and keep the hardware associated with each control organized.
