Choosing Tips and Hangers
Tip style is one of the easiest ways to tell a 1968-70 car from a 1971-74 car. The later cars used slotted tips that exit through the rear valance. Measure your pipe size before ordering, and use the correct hangers so the tips stay centered in the valance cutouts.
