Proudly made in the USA by Auto Custom Carpets. New carpet is one of the most noticeable upgrades in a restoration. This 1-piece Cutpile set is made by ACC for the 1980-1997 Ford F-350 Ext Cab 2WD Auto Gas, molded to the shape of the application, and comes in 29 Cutpile colors.

Pick Your Color

Choose your color in the Color list. ACC's color chart is in the pictures; screens cannot show carpet colors exactly, so ACC suggests ordering a sample swatch when an exact match matters.

Standard or Mass Backing

Standard backing comes with the carpet. For a quieter, cooler cabin, choose Mass backing in the Backing list: ACC's EVA mass backing, about 45 mil thick, blocks heat and road noise and helps the carpet look its best once it is installed. Its price is shown beside the choice, and the pictures include a side-by-side of the two backings.

Step Up to Essex

Essex is ACC's ultra plush upgrade over its standard Cutpile, with a 3/8-inch pile of 100% nylon, for a truly high end look. Its 16 colors are in the Color list, each with the added price beside it, and an Essex color chart is in the pictures.

Heavy-Duty Vinyl Option

Need a tougher floor for a work truck or utility vehicle? This application also comes in ACC heavy-duty vinyl, in 4 colors in the Color list; any vinyl color with an added charge shows it beside the name. Vinyl is not made with mass backing, so keep Backing on Standard backing with a vinyl color.

Add a Matching Sound Deadener

For a quieter, cooler cabin, add ACC's matching EVA sound deadener kit (3 pieces) from the Sound Deadener list, or leave it on No sound deadener. It lays under the carpet: asphaltic mastic laminated between a poly film and black paper, about 1/8 inch thick, installed poly side down and paper side up. ACC names EVA its most-used deadener for makes and models from the 1960s through the 1980s.
