Description

Restoration-Ready Indy 500 Pace Car Floor Mats, Made for Your 1978 Chevrolet Corvette

Proudly made in the USA by Auto Custom Carpets. Your 1978 Chevrolet Corvette Indianapolis 500 Pace Car gets a 2-piece set of Indy 500 Pace Car floor mats with the Corvette logo already embroidered on them. Logo and carpet are both set for this edition: ACC makes it in Cutpile 1804 Silver only, to order in the USA. It is an easy finishing touch for a restored C3 interior, whether the car goes to shows or out on weekend drives.

Why Restorers Choose These Mats

  • The Corvette logo comes with the mats at no extra cost: 6" x 1-1/2", embroidered by ACC.
  • Shape: die cut to ACC pattern FM28 for this Corvette, 2 pieces.
  • Edition carpet: Cutpile 1804 Silver only, as ACC builds it.
  • Helps keep heel scuffs and tracked-in dirt off the front carpet, which matters on a fresh restoration.
  • Nibbed backing underneath helps the mats stay put.
  • Matching the logo to your interior? ACC sews it in 1839 Red unless you pick another of the 23 ACC threads listed (one thread color for the word).
  • Made to order in the USA by Auto Custom Carpets (ACC).

Edition Carpet and Thread Color

This edition is listed with its one carpet, Cutpile 1804 Silver, so there is no carpet choice to make.

For the logo thread, Standard thread (recommended) sews the Corvette logo in 1839 Red, ACC's standard color for it. Pick another ACC thread if you want the logo to match a different interior color. Thread rule from ACC: one thread color for the word.

About the pictures: the illustration shows the mats in the edition carpet with the Corvette logo in its standard colors, followed by ACC's color chart. Use it as a guide; the real carpet color, texture and logo position can differ slightly.
