1970-1974 Dodge and Plymouth A-Body Fuel Filler Neck Tube to Trunk Floor Rubber Seal

If you smell gas in your Duster or Dart trunk and the tank is not leaking, the filler neck seal is a common culprit. Fifty years of heat and fuel exposure dry the old rubber out until it tears.

Built like the original

This seal is rubber molded over a pliable metal frame, the same way Chrysler made it. That frame lets it hold shape against the trunk floor while still sealing around the neck.

Install

It mounts to the inside of the trunk floor with four screws, exactly like the factory piece. Reuse your original screws. Feed the filler neck through, and you are done.

Restoration detail

Judges look in trunks. A fresh, correct seal is a cheap way to keep the trunk area looking right on a show car.
