On vinyl, leather, polycarbonate, PVC, lexan, and thermal plastic urethane:

• Clean surface with item# PP1009 Cleaner and fine steel wool prior to painting. Finish with a topcoat.

On fiberglass, TPO, or metal:

• Buff lightly with 1500 wet/dry sandpaper, clean with item# PP1009 Cleaner and fine steel wool. Apply a mist coat of item# PP215 Adhesion Promoter, then heat at 140°F (using a hair dryer) for 10 minutes before applying the top coat.
