Restore the Floor of Your 1955 Chevrolet Truck
Proudly made in the USA by Auto Custom Carpets. New flooring is one of the most noticeable upgrades in a restoration. This 3-piece vinyl set is made by ACC for the 1955 Chevrolet Truck 1st Series Front with Side Extensions, die cut to shape for the application, and comes in ACC's #16 Black Vinyl.
Why Restorers Choose This Flooring
- Flooring: heavy-duty ACC vinyl, built to last as a carpet alternative in trucks, Jeeps, SUVs and utility vehicles.
- Pieces in the set: 3.
- Shape: die cut for this application, so the pieces arrive ready to fit with no trimming.
- Padding: supplied separately to lay under the vinyl.
- Color: #16 Black Vinyl, as ACC lists it for this application.
- In the Sound Deadener list: ACC's two matching EVA sound deadener kits (2 pieces, or 2 pieces (fits 1st Series)), or none.
- Made in the USA by Auto Custom Carpets.
Add a Matching Sound Deadener
For a quieter, cooler cabin, add one of ACC's two matching EVA sound deadener kits (2 pieces, or 2 pieces (fits 1st Series)) from the Sound Deadener list, or leave it on No sound deadener. It lays under the carpet: asphaltic mastic laminated between a poly film and black paper, about 1/8 inch thick, installed poly side down and paper side up. ACC names EVA its most-used deadener for makes and models from the 1960s through the 1980s.
